Critically analyse to what extent corporate governance of your company can be enhanced in response to EACH of the TWO major changes in the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (the Fourth Edition). In your analysis, you also need to refer to your company’s 2018 Appendix 4G Corporate Governance Statement which can be found on ASX website (https://www.asx.com.au/asx/share-price-research/company/MYR). You are required to nominate a specific foreign country to which the company can consider expanding its operations and critically analyse TWO major issues the company should consider from a sustainability perspective when operating in this foreign country.
