Finally, using the work you have done in Parts 1 and 2 above, you need to present the work you have done and provide answers to the following questions in a short video. You should show your face at least at the beginning and end of the presentation and show the content of the ACCESS and EXCEL files where appropriate. 10.Which hotels attract senior customers who age 55 years old or above?

11.How many records and attributes in Access were exported to Excel for analysis?

12.Explain the formula used to combine the full name of Gary Edwards.

13.Explain the formula used to calculate the age of Gary Edwards.

14.Explain the formula used to determine the generation category of Gary Edwards?

15.How much did Gary Edwards pay for his visit? Explain the formula used to calculate the income from Gary Edwards’ stay.

16.Do customers in general prefer the no pet and no smoking rooms? Are the results consistent across different generations? Hint: compare the booking percentage

17.Did the hotel with the highest capacity bring in the highest income? If not, which hotel brought in the highest income?

18.Did the hotel that had the highest income out-perform the second best performed hotel in all quarters? If not, in which quarter did the second best hotel perform better? 19.Conclusion: based on the analysis, provide two suggestions to Dr. Brown regarding a future marketing campaign.
