NUR 635 9-2 Final Project: Learning Plan Justification Paper

Submit a learning plan justification paper in which you assimilate and discuss the key components you submitted in Milestones One through Four. This paper should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course.
