Feedback is reflective of assessment and evaluation and can be used as instruction as well. In a journal assignment, address the following:

• Reflect on the importance of feedback as a component of learning.

• What are the most important elements of feedback?

• How do those elements vary according to the delivery method of the course (for example, online, simulation, clinical, face-to-face)?
