Research question of the article is on the key factors that identify the theoretical underpinnings, measures, instruments, and dimensions which help to enhance the safety management in healthcare. Method: In this Healthcare assignment, the author uses a stepwise process to identify the factors which are responsible for improving the safety management in healthcare. Secondary articles are used to analyse the collective mindfulness and high-reliability factors to enhance the safety management.
