Additionally, you should find gaps that directly or indirectly affect learning curves within a project management environment. Be sure to address possible learning curves, along with any gaps that need to be addressed with an integrated control measure/approach. In other words, what are some approaches or measures used to “control” a project’s schedule, cost, or quality? How are learning curves controlled during project implementation? You can find examples of all of these using the articles included in the weekly resources. Or, you may include additional articles to support your research.
There are many components to controlling the factors as noted.
Therefore, you are expected to incorporate at least a compilation of three examples to address each control factor. The control factors are
a) scope,
b) schedule,
c) cost,
d) quality and
e) learning curves, and are based on the context of varied global projects, as noted within the weekly resources.

The completed assignment should address all the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
