Based on what you have learned in this course, you are expected to reflect on the importance of project management’s decision making to monitor and control a project. You will capture all integrated change control measures, such as change requests; and approving and managing changes for purposes of vetting the significance of communicating decisions to the team and stakeholder by using examples from your own professional experience or a case presented via current events or alternative media or publications. Be sure to also include the significance of integrating trade-off opportunities in the project environment, as well the need to address learning curves, particularly if the project is extended or resources and goods are limited.
Length: Complete a 5-minute minimum Kaltura video and transcript. References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.
